Creating multiple accounts — whether using different mobile numbers, email addresses, or payment methods — is a violation of our Terms & Conditions and may result in permanent suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances. If you have forgotten your login credentials, use the account recovery option on the login page instead of creating a new account.

Visit the jilibo Login page and click Forgot Password. Enter your registered mobile number and you will receive an OTP to verify your identity. Once verified, you can set a new password. For security, choose a password that is at least 8 characters long and includes a mix of uppercase letters, numbers, and symbols. Some basic details like your display name and contact preferences can be updated directly from your account dashboard under Profile Settings. However, core identity information (full legal name, date of birth) cannot be changed after KYC verification is complete, as these are tied to your verified identity documents. If your deposit has not reflected after 2 hours, please contact our support team with your transaction reference number and a screenshot of the successful transfer confirmation.

jilibo does not charge any fees on deposits made through GCash, PayMaya, or major Philippine banks. However, your payment provider may apply their own service charges — for example, some banks charge a small fee for InstaPay transfers. We recommend checking your bank or e-wallet's fee schedule before initiating a transfer. Any fees charged by third-party providers are outside jilibo's control.
Withdrawals & Cashouts

To withdraw your winnings, log in to your jilibo account and navigate to Wallet > Withdraw. Select your preferred withdrawal method (GCash, PayMaya, or bank transfer), enter the amount you wish to withdraw, and confirm the request. Make sure your KYC verification is complete before submitting a withdrawal — unverified accounts cannot process cashouts. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200.

Processing times depend on your chosen withdrawal method:
  • GCash / PayMaya: 1–3 business hours
  • BPI / BDO / Metrobank (InstaPay): 1–6 business hours

Common reasons for withdrawal rejection include:
